1. Find the Application

| Apple Video Player can be found under the Apple in the menu bar, or
as in the picture on the right, in the Launcher screen or the folders on
the hard drive. |

2. Activate Different Controls

Step 1: Choose the video window size that will be digitized.

Step 2: Choose the camera icon for video still capture; click Freeze
button to grab the video frame with the needed image and use the Save
As button to put the image on disk.

Step 3: If video is not displaying or or the display needs adjustment,
select the screen icon to for further controls.
